Book Launch: “The Handbook of European Defense Policies and Armed Forces”

We are really happy to promote the forthcoming Book Launch: The Handbook of European Defense Policies and Armed Forces (Oxford University Press, 2018), edited by Hugo Meijer and Marco Wyss

On May 13, the European University Institute (EUI), Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies, will host the book launch of Hugo Meijer and Marco Wyss’s The Handbook of European Defense Policies and Armed Forces (Oxford University Press, 2018).

Date and Location: 13 May, 2019, 16.00-18.00, Sala Triaria, Villa Schifanoia.

By gathering more than 60 leading and emerging scholars on European defense and international security from around the world, The Handbookprovides thefirst geographically and thematically comprehensive presentation and analysis of the evolution of defense policies and armed forces in Europe since the end of the Cold War.
